PAC Mate Portable Braille Display PMA
The PAC Mate Portable Braille Display Product Maintenance Agreement (PMA) offers hardware owners
an annually renewable contract entitling them to receive unit software updates and
unit repairs, including parts and labor, for twelve-months. The customer
pays only for shipping their unit to Freedom Scientific in Florida. The
PMA service contract does not cover repairs resulting from the misuse
or abuse of the covered unit.
Special discounts may apply if a PMA is purchased at the time of your Freedom Scientific hardware purchase. To obtain a PMA for your Freedom Scientific hardware unit at the time of purchase please perform the following steps:
