TOPAZ PMA

The TOPAZ Product Maintenance Agreement (PMA) offers hardware owners an annually renewable contract entitling them to receive unit software updates and unit repairs (excluding monitor), including parts and labor, for twelve-months. The customer pays only for shipping their unit to Freedom Scientific in Florida. The PMA service contract does not cover repairs resulting from the misuse or abuse of the covered unit. The TOPAZ PMA coverage excludes monitor.

Special discounts may apply if a PMA is purchased at the time of your Freedom Scientific hardware purchase. To obtain a PMA for your Freedom Scientific hardware unit at the time of purchase please perform the following steps:

1. Add a Freedom Scientific hardware product with the 1-year PMA option to your cart

OR

1. Add a Freedom Scientific hardware product to your cart
2. Select the SECURE CHECKOUT button
3. Complete Stage One of the checkout process and select the CONTINUE button
4. On the Special Offer screen, review the PMA information and select the Add To Order button
